Reviews and Ratings
While this resort has a nice location close to the excitement of a water park, my experience was marred by maintenance issues and lack of attentiveness from the staff. The facilities need serious improvement, especially for a family-friendly environment. It’s a decent option if you're solely looking for proximity to family activities, but I was disappointed overall.
My stay at this hotel was quite disappointing. While the location is decent for family trips, the cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left a lot to be desired. The amenities were lacking, and overall, I felt that the value for money was not worth it. Definitely not what I expected from a resort, and I wouldn't choose to stay here again.
The hotel has its pros and cons. While it offers affordable accommodations at RM88 and a decent Malaysian breakfast selection, the overall condition of the rooms and facilities leaves much to be desired. The ambience can be quite noisy during weekends, especially with families flooding the pool. It's a basic stay if you're looking for budget-friendly options, but improvements are definitely needed.
I had a pretty rough time at this resort. While the rooms were spacious, they had a strong smell and really need maintenance. The location was okay for picking up the kids from camp, but the dining experience was underwhelming. Overall, I would say it’s not worth the price considering the quality of the stay.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. On one hand, it had a decent location and spacious rooms with a nice sea view. On the other hand, the maintenance left a lot to be desired, with dust in the rooms and outdated amenities. The breakfast was disappointing, and the service was lacking attention. Overall, it served its purpose, but I wouldn’t come back unless improvements are made.
